We are now looking for a nurse who wants to grow with us!

You will be offered

• a fun combined position in outpatient care within Magtarmcentrum where you, as a nurse, will work both closely with patients and independently
• a broad knowledge and personal contact with our patients as you will be able to follow them throughout the entire care chain
• to work daytime Monday to Friday, as well as 2 shifts per month in inpatient care.

About the position

Here at Magtarmcentrum, you will work partly at the Gastro Laboratory and at the clinic for motility disorders in the gastrointestinal tract. The Gastro Laboratory is the most complete laboratory for physiological examination of the gastrointestinal tract in the Nordics.

We are a small unit where nurses are responsible for patient bookings, telephone consultations, and their own nursing clinic.

We conduct motor function tests of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine, including drinking tests, electrogastrography, and ambulatory small bowel manometry. The Gastro Laboratory has equipment for X-ray fluoroscopy, which is used, among other things, for the insertion and replacement of probes to different parts of the gastrointestinal tract for the delivery of nutrition or medications.

At the clinic, we have nursing consultations, doctor consultations, and team visits, as well as telephone consultations and bookings. In addition, we have day care where we administer infusions and injections to our recurring patients. There is an opportunity to work occasionally remotely by agreement with the nursing manager (OVC).

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• At least two years of experience as a nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working with gastroenterology
• Knowledge in Endoscopy
• Experience with TeleQ

About the recruitment process
