Kulturmålarna is an established painting company operating in Norrköping, Linköping, Finspång, and Mjölby. The company has a turnover of around 40 million SEK and employs approximately 45 people. With a strong local presence and skilled painters, we carry out both contract and service assignments with a focus on quality, long-term customer relationships, and sustainable results. Since 2021, we have been part of Novedo, a long-term investment company that develops stable entrepreneur-driven businesses.

Your mission

As CEO, you have full profit responsibility and lead the company through the next growth phase. The role is both operational and strategic, with a clear focus on business development.

You will:

• Drive sales and develop customer relationships
• Ensure profitable growth and a strong order book
• Be responsible for financial monitoring, forecasts, and margin control
• Further develop the organization and structure in preparation for expansion
• Build a clear and sustainable management structure
• Protect and develop our strong culture

The goal is to increase revenue with good profitability, as well as high customer and employee satisfaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with financial sharpness and inclusive leadership.

You have:

• Experience in operational, financial, and personnel responsibility
• Experience in project work within construction, contracting, or service
• Strong financial competence and experience in forecasting
• Documented ability to drive sales in B2B
• A pragmatic and inclusive leadership style

You are driven, engaging, clear, and confident in yourself and your decision-making. You thrive in a flat organization where proximity to operations as well as to management is a given – which is why you are unpretentious, transparent, and flexible. Your business-minded and structured side enables you to combine sales focus with margin discipline. Last but not least, you excel in relationship-building, both externally and internally, which shapes your way of creating and maintaining contacts, as well as your leadership.
