Budget, forecast, cash flow, margin – nothing is left to chance.

You will build an organization that performs.

Clear goals. Clear follow-up. Clear consequences.

You will scale the business in a structured way.

Right recruitments. Right KPIs. Right pace.

You will strengthen the brand.

Internal pride. External clarity. Positioning that is noticeable.

And most importantly:

You make decisions and drive them through.

• Has driven full P&L responsibility
• Has built and scaled teams
• Understands that culture is created through demands and direction
• Is action-oriented – not administrative

Industry background is an advantage.

Proven performance is crucial.
