Rimaster Cab & Mechanics operates in a modern production facility in Horn. They serve their customers with complex manufacturing and assembly in short series. Examples of products include complete cabins for special vehicles or components/systems included in larger system-assembled products. Customers are often world-leading product owners in their field.
The revenue for 2025 was approximately 300 million with a good operating margin.

The company is part of the Rimaster Group, with its origin and headquarters in Rimforsa, Sweden. The group has a global presence and a total of about 1,200 employees.

RCM is in the midst of a fantastic growth where interest from our customers, our revenue, and our results have developed in a very strong way. We are now looking for a CEO who can take over and lead us to continued success.

Our rapid expansion has made it necessary to adapt our internal flows and processes, our resources, and our organization so that they do not limit our continued development. This will be achieved by broadening the customer base within cabin manufacturing, within system solutions with high mechanical content, and by growing within the business area of system assembly with our existing customers.

As CEO, you will lead and be responsible for this work – commercially, structurally, and culturally.

You will receive good support from the group's common support resources, as well as from colleagues in the other companies. Additionally, of course, from the approximately 40 employees in the company.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has the education and experience in sales and production that enables you to lead our continued success.
- Is a confident leader with good communication skills who ensures employee engagement and work environment.
- Has a technical interest and understanding of mechanics, production, and industrialization.
- Is comfortable working closely with customers and driving business dialogues independently.
- Has driven process development and built structure without creating bureaucracy.
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
