We are looking for a park caretaker for our management at Öxnehaga, who will be responsible for the maintenance of green areas and outdoor environments. As an employee at Vätterhem, you will help create sustainable and safe neighborhoods where everyone feels comfortable, connected, and hopeful about the future.

Öxnehaga – the height of comfort, is one of Vätterhem's four management offices. Here, we are a total of 35 employees working together to make Vätterhem Sweden's best landlord with the most satisfied tenants.

Main responsibilities for the position of Park Caretaker:

• Cleaning stairwells
• Cleaning common areas
• Daily waste management at and in our environmental houses
• Maintenance
• Lawn mowing
• Weeding
• Pruning
• Designing plantings
• Snow removal and ice prevention
• Snow preparedness may occur

Qualifications:

It is advantageous to have gardening education or work experience in green areas, outdoor environments, gardening, and familiarity with gardening machinery. A valid B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

You can work independently and also have experience working, planning, and executing tasks together with others.

You need to have a good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you also master other languages, we consider that an advantage.

Requirements
