Store Salesperson at Mekonomen in Märsta

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and has a drive to learn. Knowledge of car spare parts is an advantage. As a store salesperson, you will work with private customers and workshop customers to independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work closely with customers, engage in meetings, and have the desire to go the extra mile to create long-term customer relationships. You are a valued and flexible team player who enjoys working in a team and contributing to the whole.

Main Responsibilities

• Sales to both workshop customers and private customers on weekdays and weekends
• Service our workshop customers via phone and deliver products according to the workshop customer's order
• Maintain order and display products in the store
• Assist customers with simple assembly
• Actively work with upselling during customer visits
• Sell consumables and product range to workshops and manage any replenishment
• Ensure that returns from customers are taken back to the store and handled correctly

We are looking for someone who has

• Work experience from a similar industry
• A completed high school education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on automotive technology
• Experience and competence from previous work in a workshop is highly meritorious
• Interest in vehicles
• Engaged, responsible, and service-minded
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish
• Computer skills
• Driving license B
