Description

As a care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

Qualifications

Training as a nursing assistant or caregiver is an advantage, but we are primarily looking for someone who has their heart in the right place and is not afraid to take responsibility. A B driver's license is required for home care.

Good computer skills and experience with documentation are advantageous.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level B2 in speech and writing is a requirement, as language requirements will be introduced in elderly care on July 1, 2026. When offered a position, a certificate from the criminal record register must be presented.
