About us

Centrum Pile manufactures prefabricated concrete elements with a focus on concrete piles. We operate three factory facilities:

• Kollanda (Älvängen)
• Dalby (Lund)
• Nykvarn (Södertälje)

The company is part of the Danish group Per Aarsleff A/S and is included in a group of many Centrum factories. The Centrum group is Europe's leading player in prefabricated concrete piles with factories in Sweden, Denmark, England, Germany, and Poland. The production is highly automated with advanced, self-developed production lines.

The Aarsleff group has approximately 9,000 employees and generates around 32 billion SEK in revenue. Centrum Pile AB has a revenue of about 220 million SEK and employs around 50 people.

About the job

We are looking for a team member for our casting hall in Nykvarn.

The Casting Hall

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Preparing the casting tables before casting by placing reinforcement cages, laying joints, crack rings, ensuring that spacers and other items position the reinforcement correctly.
• Monitoring that the concrete mixture fills the molds and joints.
• Checklists must be filled out before and after casting according to the existing work instructions.
• Be responsible for ensuring that delivered concrete meets applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with the casting machine operator/caster or act as the casting machine operator yourself and ensure that the concrete is correct in quantity and quality.
• In case of technical problems, take the initiative to address the cause of the disruption or contact maintenance personnel.
• In case of deviations from production, contact the production team leader as soon as possible.

Maintenance

• Be responsible for daily checks of all equipment belonging to the casting tables and casting robot.
• Assist in carrying out planned maintenance.

Work Environment

• Be responsible for order and cleanliness in the casting hall area and ensure that the casting robot is cleaned daily according to existing instructions.
• Wear appropriate protective equipment and follow safety regulations.

Other

• Participate in the factory's morning and follow-up meetings.

You will work as part of a team where active rotation of tasks occurs continuously.

Qualifications

• Class B driver's license
• Forklift license (Counterbalance) is an advantage.
• Overhead crane license is an advantage.
• Terminal truck license is an advantage.
• Machine operator/CNC operator is an advantage.
