We are now looking for more cheerful employees to strengthen the team at Arlanda.

We believe that you love service, have an easy time learning new systems, and work calmly and methodically even in a high-paced environment. We are an airport hotel and have many guests around the clock, every day of the year.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, bookings, sales, and security. You are an important part of our team at the hotel and contribute to ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and the best possible service - in other words, a brilliant start to the guest's trip abroad! Driving and picking up our guests from the terminal is part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications we value:

• Love working in service
• Be both a team player and independent
• Be positive, engaged, outgoing, meticulous, responsible, and take initiative
• Be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Preferably experience in hotel reception or service roles
• Knowledge of the hotel booking system MEWS is an advantage
• Enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously

What do we offer?

Seasonal employment with varying working hours, scheduled weekdays & weekends according to a roster. We welcome students or those with other part-time jobs who are interested in extra work. There is an opportunity to start employment as early as spring and continue after the summer season as an extra resource. Salary according to HRF collective agreement.

You should be at least 20 years old and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. Experience from similar work is an advantage, but your personality, attitude, and willingness are more important. A B driver's license is a requirement.
