We are now looking for a facility technician in Uppsala who wants to be part of a unique assignment where you play an important role in developing a long-term partnership with the customer, a large international furniture company. Constantly delivering professional supervision & maintenance, corrective and planned maintenance. You have the ability to see the big picture and the connections based on a facility technician's good knowledge of ventilation, HVAC systems, electrical installations for power and lighting, as well as control and regulation, energy, and climate issues.

You will have the opportunity to work with:

Delivering the FM assignment within your area (ventilation, HVAC systems, electrical installations for power and lighting, as well as control and regulation, energy, and climate issues) to set goals regarding: time, content, quality, and budget.
Being a key person in the ongoing work to keep technical installations interruption-free.
Being part of a team where you become the technical specialist in rectifying faults and deficiencies identified during rounds, authority inspections, and fault reports.
Continuously working with various environmental aspects based on energy-saving measures.
Developing the property from a sustainability perspective with new technology and innovative solutions.

If necessary, participate in the on-call chain.

Your Background

You have a property/technical education.
Documented experience in property operation and maintenance.
Good knowledge and understanding of electrical, HVAC, as well as control and regulation.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Documented experience working in maintenance systems.
Driver's license B.
