About the roleAs an operations technician at Sweax, you will have shared responsibility for the operation and functionality of our properties in Uppsala, focusing on housing associations.
You will ensure that the systems function optimally, identify improvement opportunities, and work proactively with energy and operational optimization. The role combines technical work with customer contact and internal collaboration – you will be an important resource for both our technical managers, the team, and our customers.
You will drive your work independently and take responsibility from troubleshooting to follow-up and documentation.
Examples of tasks:Operation, supervision, and optimization of technical systems (heating, ventilation, control, and regulation technology)
Troubleshooting and minor repairs in both technical installations and properties
Analysis and follow-up of operational values as well as compilation of energy statistics and customer reports
Identify improvement and action needs to support the customer in long-term and energy-efficient decisions
Collaboration with suppliers and contractors for larger actions
Ongoing dialogue with residents, boards, and customers
Be an active part of our improvement work and develop routines and working methods together with our technical managers and colleagues.
We are looking for someone with documented experience in property management or property technology related to housing associations and who thrives in a role where technology meets people. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You have a professional and trustworthy demeanor and see it as a given to share your knowledge to strengthen both colleagues and delivery.
We believe you have:Several years of documented experience in property management or property technology
Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and control systems
Experience with digital control and monitoring systems
Good administrative and digital skills
Driver's license (B)
Swedish in speech and writing
Education in property technology, operations technology, or HVAC
Certificates such as Hot Work, BAS-U, or similar
Experience from housing associations or customer-oriented management
Interest in energy optimization and sustainable property management
An independent and responsible role in a growing company
