Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced leaders for incoming goods for a client in Borås. This role is suitable for you who are used to taking responsibility for staff and thrive in a warehouse and logistics environment where the pace can be high at times.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the daily operations in the department run smoothly and according to set goals. You will coordinate the team's tasks, ensure that goods are handled correctly according to current procedures, and follow up on quality and performance. You will also serve as an important link between the operation and the nearest manager through continuous feedback and reporting.

We prefer that you have previous experience in a supervisory position within warehousing and feel comfortable making decisions and prioritizing in operational work. You are confident in your leadership role, take responsibility for results, and have the ability to create structure even when the workload increases.

As a leader, you are attentive yet clear, and you actively work to create an engaged and well-functioning workgroup where collaboration is key.

Location: Borås, Viared
Extent: Full-time, Monday to Friday daytime
Start: As agreed / Immediately

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
• Has a background in warehousing, logistics, or incoming goods
• Is confident in making decisions and taking responsibility in daily operations
• Works in a structured manner and has a solution-oriented approach
• Holds a valid forklift license (A1-4 and B1-4)
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good system skills and experience with administrative or business systems
