We are looking for a secure leader and energy spreader who finds logistics and leadership FUN for the position of Delivery Assembly Supervisor!

Welcome to varied and content-rich days where you, together with a colleague, focus on leading and distributing work for about 50 delivery assemblers. The starting point for delivery assembly is Kinnarp, but we deliver and assemble all over the world with a main focus on Europe.

In the daily operations, you will plan, lead, and coach your team towards set goals. With a holistic perspective, you will drive and develop processes and routines that streamline delivery assembly.

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

We want to work with you who thrive as a leader, with previous experience in logistics. You have a comprehensive understanding of the flow from order to delivery and feel at home working in various systems.

With great commitment, you spread positive energy and have the ability to create relationships both internally and externally. You are results-driven and have the ability to influence your surroundings and achieve high set goals for yourself and others.

Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are no problem for you. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Working hours: Daytime with some on-call duty
Employment type: Permanent (probationary employment applies)
