Become a part of our dedicated team

We are looking for a committed and experienced security officer with a special focus on asset security, personnel security, transport security, and intelligence work. In this role, you will be a central part of our security team and responsible for ensuring that our security measures and processes comply with both internal and external requirements. You will belong to the Security Section and report directly to the Security Manager.

About the position

As a security officer, you will:

• Manage security classified documentation and ensure that the company's routines comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific security requirements.
• Conduct background checks and initiate and lead self-assessments and inventories within the company.
• Support reporting security to owners, FMV security, partners, and security companies.
• Actively work on continuous improvements in the security area and contribute to the development of the company's security processes.

You will also work with specific areas of responsibility such as:

• Asset Security: Develop and implement security measures to protect the company's physical assets.
• Personnel Security: Work with strategies to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
• Transport Security: Create and monitor security protocols for the transport of sensitive or valuable cargo.
• Intelligence Work: Collect and analyze information to identify potential threats and risks, and suggest measures to address these.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education in security, risk management, or a similar field. We see that you have extensive experience in similar tasks with a focus on asset security, personnel security, and transport security. You have good computer skills and are proficient in both Swedish and our corporate language, English, in both spoken and written form.

Generally, you should have good knowledge of security protection and a solid understanding of processes. Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding security and information management is also required.

As a person, you have strong integrity, structure in your work approach, are self-driven, and are motivated by order and clarity. To succeed in this role, you also need good collaboration and communication skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment.
