The Malmö traffic area consists of about 940 employees and we operate around 250 buses every day. Together with our client Skånetrafiken, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Malmö area. One of our most important missions is to live up to Nobina's passenger promise. Our passengers should always feel welcome and safe, receive information that is significant for their journey, and know that they are traveling sustainably with us.

As a bus driver, you are an important part of people's everyday lives. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a D driver's license and valid YKB
• Can work irregular hours
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Drives safely and environmentally friendly
• Is service-oriented, calm, and secure even when the pace is high
• Enjoys meeting people and creating positive customer experiences

About the position
We offer full-time employment with a six-month probationary period; we also offer part-time and on-call positions.
Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver within the EU, you can count your years for placement in the salary scale.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests will be conducted. The tests will be sent to you via email. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing result. Please note that we may not always be able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.
