The work as a forklift driver/warehouse employee at ICA's warehouse in Helsingborg will mainly involve driving forklifts and picking goods by hand with the help of a voice unit that instructs you on what to pick. The tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a high work pace where you work in different temperature zones.

To be considered for the position, you need to have a high flexibility in your availability. You should be able to work at least two weekdays (between Monday and Thursday) and either Friday or Saturday each week. Since ICA's warehouse operations run around the clock, every day of the week, shifts may vary between day, evening, and sometimes night. The position suits you who want a long-term part-time job and have no problem stepping in at short notice. During periods of higher demand, such as summer and Christmas, you are expected to be able to work more shifts and possibly even full-time.

This is a consulting assignment which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be hired out to our client ICA.

We are currently recruiting with an introductory start after the turn of the year - in early 2026. The introduction is scheduled for five working days and requires 100% attendance. Therefore, it is a requirement that you as an applicant are available full-time during your training period.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the position, it is required that you have studies of at least 50% and have at least one year left in your studies, or an alternative main occupation where you can work at least 3 full weekdays each week. We will only proceed with individuals who can provide documentation to support this.

Furthermore, you should have:
- Forklift license A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10)
- Good physical condition.
- Approved criminal record check.
- Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish.
- You must have a valid ID (passport or national ID card) and the right to work in Sweden.
- A driving license (B) and access to a car to quickly reach the workplace in Långeberga is an advantage.

We will request an extract from the criminal record as well as perform a drug test as part of the process. ICA aims to have smoke-free workplaces. The work environment at ICA's workplaces should be sober and free from drugs, and therefore ICA applies random alcohol and drug tests.
