About the Role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of the heavier building and timber materials. In this role, you will be responsible for picking goods and maintaining the drive-in, working at our goods reception, and working in our logistics center for e-commerce.

Examples of Typical Tasks

  • Manage daily operations in the form of unloading incoming goods
  • Check and replenish stock
  • Advise and sell building and timber products to customers
  • Administer and pick customer orders
  • Assist in other departments such as goods reception and logistics center when needed

Your Profile

  • High school education or equivalent and experience in retail.
  • Experience in selling building materials
  • Stress-resistant, meticulous, and good at collaborating.
  • We value a good sense of order and expect you to have a naturally outgoing working style
  • Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
  • Realize customer projects through professional advice on our wide product range
  • Driving license B is a requirement
  • Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required

Working Hours/Duration

Temporary position. Full-time 38.25 hours/week. Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

Salary

Salary according to collective agreement.
