PostNord is now opening a completely new terminal where the operations are in an early stage, and much still needs to be put into practice. Here, you get the opportunity to join from the very beginning of an operation that is being built up step by step, where flows, working methods, and structures are shaped over time.

You, us, and the job
We are now looking for a Production Manager for our terminal in Helsingborg. This is an operational leadership role where you lead and distribute work without formal personnel responsibility. As a Production Manager, you are active in the daily work and an important part of the community. You lead employees operationally to achieve our customer promise and production goals. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. You report to the Distribution Manager.

Working hours are Sunday - Monday 00:00-06:30 and Monday - Friday 22:00-06:30.

Start date: End of August 2026.

• Work closely with the production manager and other employees
• Lead and follow up on the daily operational activities
• Plan and distribute daily work with motivating leadership
• Be a role model who can inspire and motivate employees
• Contribute to improvement work with transformation to adapt the business for future working methods and goals
• Be operationally responsible for the daily activities within the area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education
• Good leadership qualities and an interest in leading
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office package
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
