Salesperson / Distributor at Pågen in Helsingborg

Pågen is now looking for a Sales Distributor with a B or C driver's license to Sweden's largest sales team - a strong and committed organization that provides the country's stores and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your work with Pågen's sales team, your overall responsibility is to provide our customers and stores with our fresh quality products every day. You will be part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a job that is both varied, mobile, and fun as it includes a mix of both sales and distribution tasks. You will have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit every day, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to get a little better every day.

• Visit the customers you are responsible for daily and sell and replenish our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in the store.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

Who are you?

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are attentive and have an easy time building trust, driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and the position requires that you have a B or C driver's license as well as YKB. We prefer that you have experience in retail and sales work, preferably within food.
