At Cucina Povera, as the name suggests, the focus is on the Italian peasant cuisine with plenty of inspiration from Rome and Southern Italy. We serve fresh pasta, salads, pizza, and focaccia, as well as a good selection of wine and beer.

We prepare all food from scratch on-site in the restaurant, and we also make our own pasta. We strive to serve delicious Italian food made with fantastic ingredients at a low price. We hope you want to help create a little Italian oasis at Odenplan!

In addition to our restaurant operations, we run a craft bakery and market hall in Danderyd.

There, we will have a production kitchen where all food and baking for our restaurant operations will be managed, as well as operate a café and market hall in the same location.

We are now looking for a baker who can help us bake everything for the restaurants, such as bread and pizza, as well as items for sale on-site like buns, pastries, and sourdough bread. The job involves weekend work.

We are a small but wonderful team in a large and open space where everyone works together. Therefore, the ideal candidate should enjoy doing various tasks in baking, big and small, and it would be a plus if they also enjoy helping guests with the sale of buns and bread on-site.
