Unit Manager for Property Operations

As the unit manager for property operations, you play a central role in developing how we manage and maintain our properties. You lead a knowledgeable team of operational staff and are responsible for ensuring that daily work is structured, efficient, and of high quality. At the same time, you contribute your technical understanding to the planning and development of the operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the unit's daily operational work.
• Be responsible for personnel, work environment, results, and budget.
• Participate in the department's management team and contribute operational expertise in strategic issues and decisions.
• Follow up on goals, results, and finances, and drive improvement work.
• Strengthen competence development and good employee engagement within the team.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of property operations and technical systems. You have worked closely with operational issues and know what is required for the technology to function in practice.

As a leader, you are confident and clear with a good view of people. You create structure without micromanaging. You provide your employees with the conditions to take responsibility and succeed in their tasks. With an analytical eye and a good overall perspective, you make well-founded decisions and communicate in a way that fosters understanding and engagement.

You have a technical or engineering-oriented education or have acquired equivalent competence through experience in property operations or technical systems. A driver's license (B) is required.
