The company has long been a major player in the construction industry in Ljusdal and Sveg, and today they work on projects throughout Hälsingland, Härjedalen – as well as across the country. The assignments range from smaller service jobs to large contracts where they collaborate closely with clients throughout the construction process. L. Öhmans Bygg has about 30 employees and is a company that values quality, sustainability, and long-term relationships.

This is a role for you who sees the power in developing both people, businesses, and working methods. You understand and see the opportunities of technology without losing the feel for craftsmanship. With respect for what we have built, you will take Öhmans to the next level of development together with experienced and skilled builders.

As CEO, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be responsible for and drive strategy, business development, and profitable growth – in close collaboration with the board and owners.
• Lead the change towards a more digital, sales-oriented, and future-oriented operation.
• Drive skills supply and develop the organization and employees.
• Clearly position the company in several markets and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Utilize your innovative capabilities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a manager with overall responsibility, preferably from the construction and contracting industry.
• Is a brave and confident leader with several years of experience in leading companies through change.
• Has a strategic mindset, is innovative, skilled at creating long-term relationships, and is active in sales.
• Is curious and interested in new technology and has the ability to show the way to contribute to business benefits and efficiency.
