As a Service Technician at Rancold, you will have a varied and independent job where you perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of restaurant equipment. The work is carried out both on-site at the customer and in our workshop. You plan and prioritize your work, meet customers daily, and contribute to ensuring that Rancold's solutions maintain the highest quality. 

• Installation, service, and repair of kitchen equipment  
• Perform both planned and urgent service assignments  
• Plan and prioritize tasks based on incoming fault reports  
• Communicate with customers and ensure a positive service experience  
• Create service orders and report completed work     

You thrive in a service-oriented role and have the ability to think outside the box and take your own initiatives to meet customer needs. The tasks are varied, which requires you to be both unpretentious and flexible, as well as having good communication skills. We also see that you are comfortable working both independently and in a team. You are meticulous in your work and like to have order and tidiness around you.  

• Several years of experience as a service/installation technician or similar, experience in restaurant equipment, heating, or refrigeration technology is a plus  
• Technical competence in electricity, heating, or plumbing, preferably with technical education in these areas  
• Electrical certification (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form   
• Driver's license B

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
