As a psychologist with us, you will work on work environment issues in close collaboration with our clients and in cooperation with other competencies within the unit. You enjoy meeting individuals in supportive conversations and are confident in making accurate and quick assessments of needs and interventions. The role includes advising and dialoguing with the ordering manager/HR, and you have the ability to remain an objective party in contact with both employees and clients.

If you have experience with other interventions at the group and organizational level, we see this as highly meritorious. For example, experience in giving lectures and workshops, as well as interventions such as conflict management, group development, and mapping.

We are looking for you who are a trained licensed psychologist with a CBT focus; it is meritorious if you have experience working with ACT/FACT/MI and digital treatment programs. You have a passionate interest in people in the workplace, a holistic view, and would like to work in a preventive and promotional way. We also see that you have a businesslike and consultative approach, as well as social competence and are a good team player. We place great emphasis on personality and that the person we hire fits into our positive and professional team.
