We need staff on weekends in elderly care during the spring and summer. Could this be something for you? If so, we would love for you to send us your application.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In elderly care, you work with people. You meet them in their everyday lives and ensure that each person’s needs for care and support are met. You can work in home care or in a care and nursing home.

In home care, you work independently in the clients' own homes. The work involves a lot of responsibility, solitary work, and freedom.

In a care and nursing home, you work together with colleagues in a department and help each other provide good care and support. Common to both is that you support clients with personal care, hygiene, meals, transfers, social companionship, and encourage activity in everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are attentive, create good relationships, and see every meeting as an opportunity to make a difference. You work independently, are flexible, and have no problem working different times on weekends. You need to express yourself well in Swedish, both in speech and writing, and be familiar with documentation and computers. Are you going to work in home care? Then you need to have a B driver's license.

To work in elderly care, you need to be able to present a valid criminal record and suspicion register from the police. The extract must not be older than 6 months. You can order such a document on the police's website.

Our vacation periods are between weeks 25-34, and it is primarily then that we need staff on weekends. There are good opportunities to work as a substitute before and after the summer, even on weekdays.

We will organize a training day for those who have not done this before. The training sessions held are fire training, rehab information, and operational information.

We have the opportunity to recruit a limited number of minors (17-year-olds).
