We are now looking for a dedicated tire changer in a service and workshop role who wants to be part of a team during the busy and eventful tire change period this spring.

Initially, the role is a temporary assignment of 4-5 weeks with the possibility of extension if everything goes well.

The role suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work with both practical workshop tasks and customer service. The work involves both passenger cars and heavy vehicles and entails a varied everyday life where quality, safety, and service are in focus.

In this role, you will work with a broad assignment that combines workshop work, service tasks, and customer contact. You will perform tire changes, mount and balance tires, and repair punctures. The work also includes going out on service assignments, handling washing and storage of tires, as well as internal logistics and management in the workshop. An important part of the role involves sales and service-related tasks, where you meet customers during check-in and check-out, provide advice, and contribute to some tire sales. The work is done in a team and requires both responsibility and flexibility.

Requirements:

• Experience from a tire workshop or car service

• Experience working with heavy vehicles, such as trucks, construction, or agricultural machinery

• Driver's license (B)

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Positive attitude and attention to detail, and you enjoy physical work

• Good sense of service and experience with customer contact

• Able to work structured in a team and in a fast-paced environment

Meritorious qualifications:

• Truck driver's license

• Location: Linköping

• Scope: Full-time

• Assignment period: Initial rental of about 4–5 weeks starting at the end of March 2026

• Possibility of extension and takeover of the customer and permanent employment after the rental period

• Work starts during the spring season, April 2026
