Are you a skilled sheet metal worker looking to work in a well-equipped BMW repair shop in Norrtälje?

You will work with:

As a sheet metal worker at Werksta Norrtälje, you will be part of a dedicated team where quality, precision, and efficient workflow are the focus. You will perform body repairs on passenger cars, primarily BMW, according to the manufacturer's and insurance companies' guidelines. You will closely collaborate with estimators, painters, and other workshop staff to ensure fast and accurate repairs with high customer satisfaction.

• Repair and replace body parts and perform alignment of sheet metal and frame.

• Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts in connection with repairs.

• Use modern measuring and repair tools and document completed work.

• Perform welding, bonding, and riveting according to applicable requirements and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other colleagues for an efficient workflow.

• Ensure that repairs meet the workshop's high standards for quality and safety.

• Contribute to a tidy and safe working environment in the workshop.

We are looking for someone with automotive education or several years of experience in bodywork and sheet metal work. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and technically interested. Experience working with BMW or similar premium vehicles is an advantage.

• Documented experience in the damage industry or equivalent practical experience.

• Driving license B is required.

• Structured, responsible, and a good team player.

• Solution-oriented, flexible, and curious about new technology and working methods.

• Experience with repairs on BMW or advanced measuring techniques is an advantage.
