JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented employee who is used to taking their own initiatives and a great deal of personal responsibility in their work.
The tasks include traditional property maintenance, janitorial duties, and service tasks for all municipal operations. You will have your own area of responsibility but will also assist in others' areas. In the property department, everyone helps each other. Inspections, rounds, and assessments are common occurrences. We have computerized systems to receive error reports, orders, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a B driver's license for cars and education in property maintenance or experience in property maintenance and service work. You should be able to handle computers and telephones with accessories as these are used extensively in the job.
The work is varied, and to meet our common tasks and commitments, flexibility, responsibility, and good collaboration skills are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
