Do you want to work as a field mechanic with your own service van?

We are currently looking for a field mechanic on behalf of our client who will work from home or from the workshop. You will be operating in the West region with a focus on the greater Gothenburg area.

The Job

You will perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customers' machines and equipment in the field, and you will plan your days and be responsible for administration.

In addition to daily tasks, the job includes maintaining your service van and participating in training sessions. Many training sessions are conducted abroad and in English, so travel and using English as a working language are common.

The work also requires a certain degree of flexibility as workdays can vary. Overtime may occur.

Who are we looking for?

You see it as a given to be the face of the company and to always act in a solution-oriented, service-minded, and professional manner with a friendly attitude towards both colleagues and customers.

As a field mechanic with our client, you are expected to have a high level of responsibility and work ethic. You should also maintain good order and structure in both administration and equipment.

You have relevant experience as a mechanic, preferably with construction machinery or similar. Previous experience working with hydraulics and electronics is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. Certifications for operating forklifts, wheel loaders, and telehandlers are advantageous.

Language skills in Swedish and English are required for internal and external communication.

Location: From home or the workshop in northern Gothenburg.

Start date: By agreement.
