Job Responsibilities
As a personal service technician at Bilbolaget in Luleå, you will have a varied and independent job where you are responsible for service, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger cars. You will work closely with your customers and build your own customer base while collaborating with a colleague in the team.

Your work includes everything from mechanical work on cars, documentation and handling of work orders, to writing reports and providing feedback to customers and Volvo. The role involves an average of 10 customers per day, making each workday both varied and challenging.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Performing service and repairs on passenger cars
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
• Documenting work orders and writing reports
• Providing feedback directly to customers and to Volvo
• Working both independently and together with a colleague
• Handling approximately 10 customers per day

We are looking for someone who:

You have a strong sense of service, enjoy working independently, and also appreciate collaborating in a team.

You are used to taking responsibility for your customers and handle both physical customer contact and communication via phone and email in a professional manner. As a person, you are social, outgoing, and solution-oriented, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

We consider it an advantage if you have good computer skills, training in Volvo, or previous experience working with Volvo cars. We are looking for someone who appreciates variety in their daily tasks, enjoys building and managing their own customer base, and wants to develop in a work environment where responsibility, engagement, and customer satisfaction are always at the center.
