Meeting place Solsidan is a vibrant meeting point in Tibro municipality where community and health are at the center. We want to offer seniors a meaningful everyday life filled with activities, laughter, and social interaction.

At the meeting place, we work in various ways to support individual residents of Tibro to maintain their functions and have a meaningful day with community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As staff at the meeting place, you will plan and implement activities based on the participants' wishes, both individually and together with your colleagues. This may involve activities ranging from bingo, gymnastics, and reading aloud to musical entertainment, excursions, and café activities.

Your main tasks will include:

• Activation (planning and implementation)
• Collaboration with various stakeholders
• Monitoring and collaboration both internally and externally to develop new and improve existing activities.

You will conduct outreach activities to find those who experience involuntary loneliness, anxiety, and isolation.

The position involves daytime work Monday - Friday. Working hours may change as needs increase.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with nursing education and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title as a nursing assistant and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We also see that you are flexible, independent, social, creative, and have a great interest in activities and working with people.

In your work, it is important to create security and community and a meaningful and fun leisure time. Being willing to try new working methods and models is important to adapt the operations to the individual's needs.

The meeting place is in constant development regarding health-promoting work, and we would like you to be involved in that development, for example, in the work with welfare technology.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Experience in leisure activities for the elderly is an advantage, as well as good computer skills and knowledge of digital technology.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
