Description

The Hearing Services operate throughout the Västra Götaland Region, providing support and treatment to individuals with permanent hearing loss, deafness, and deafblindness of all ages.

The Hearing Services in Södra Älvsborg have clinics in Borås and Alingsås. Collaboration occurs with Ear, Nose, and Throat clinics, other services within Habilitering & Health, user organizations, colleges, and universities. We are seeking a licensed audiologist for a permanent position at our Audiology Clinic, primarily located in Borås.

Responsibilities

As an audiologist in our unit, you will work with both audiological diagnostics and rehabilitation. The measures are based on a holistic view where the audiologist collaborates with other professional categories and the patient/relatives.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed audiologist. We are looking for someone with an interest in clinical work involving hearing diagnostics and rehabilitation. Strong emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability. It is important that the person we are looking for fits into the team and wants to be part of the future development of the service. Experience working with Auditbase, Noah, and Melior is an advantage.
