We are now looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead with energy, and create environments that make our guests want to come back – again and again.

• At least 2 years of experience in leadership within Housekeeping or similar

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills – even when it’s full speed

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you, together with our Housekeeping Manager, will be responsible for our entire Housekeeping team. Together, you will ensure that our 122 hotel rooms, 12 meeting rooms, pool club, and common areas are always in top condition.

You report to the Housekeeping Manager and work varying hours: day, evening, and weekend.

• Introduction and training of new colleagues

• Training and development of the team

• Quality assurance and development of our environments and hotel rooms

• Ordering and inventory

• Scheduling and leadership

• Collaboration with other departments to create a great guest experience and efficient operations

• Employment type: 100% permanent (day, evening, weekend)

• Start date: Immediate

• Salary: According to agreement and negotiation
