Job Responsibilities
As a team leader in cleaning services, you will work with both operational and administrative tasks. The role includes, among other things:
- Responsibility for client contact and follow-up on cleaning quality
- Personnel responsibility for a number of cleaners
- Planning of staffing, substitutes, and vacations
- Introduction and hiring of new staff
- Substituting during unplanned absences
- Reporting to the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of documented experience as a team leader in cleaning services
- Experience in personnel responsibility
- Very good knowledge of Swedish
- Leadership experience from the service industry
- Driver's license B
