About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team on an extra (hourly/on-call) basis. The position is based on business needs, including weekdays, weekends, and peak seasons.

You will play a key role in ensuring our guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets professional hospitality standards. The role may also include supporting breakfast operations when needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to established hotel standards
• Making beds and handling linen and towels
• Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining common areas when required
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
• Following hygiene, safety, and environmental routines
• Working efficiently within allocated time frames
• Collaborating with colleagues and supporting team workflow during high occupancy periods
• Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Assisting with breakfast service and helping in the kitchen during breakfast hours when required

• Is punctual and dependable
• Is service-oriented and understands the importance of guest satisfaction
• Demonstrates flexibility regarding working hours and tasks
• Has strong self-management skills and can work independently
• Is structured, thorough, and has strong attention to detail
• Is physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Can cooperate well within a team
• Has previous experience in hotel housekeeping (meritorious but not required)
• Has any other relevant cleaning or service-related experience (considered a merit but not mandatory)
• Can communicate in Swedish or English
