RESPONSIBILITIES

The nurse has the health and medical care responsibility and makes assessments regarding health status, and if necessary, contacts a primary care physician. At the residence, we have a designated doctor who rounds once a week.

The work involves collaborating and guiding care staff in nursing tasks. We work cross-professionally, continuously gathering in teams to collaborate and ensure the best possible care for our users. You will be part of a team of nurses at the residence during daytime. Evening and weekend work may also occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse. Additional qualifications in dementia care, district nursing, or geriatric care are advantageous.

You should be confident in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, be unpretentious, clear, and attentive, and possess pedagogical skills. You should be able to work independently and be service-oriented, but also enjoy working together in a team. We prefer candidates with several years of experience in the profession.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Requirement: B driver's license.
