Svea KBT and Elly Care are two sister psychology companies whose highest goal is to provide our clients with the best possible assistance, whether it’s mental health issues, relationship difficulties, suspicions of ADHD or Autism, or perhaps just someone to talk to.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed psychologist (we are also looking for PTP psychologists but through other ads with us:)).

• Want to work with therapy and have a CBT focus or a good understanding of CBT.

• Want to work with couples therapy, and yes we have an incredibly appreciated couples therapy training that everyone who starts with us receives. And maybe you would like to be part of our Couples Therapy Podcast! ;)

• Can work with therapy in Swedish and English.

• Accept all patient groups at the primary care level.

• Want to work with children, youth, adults & parents.

• Care, both about making the job good, about the patients receiving good help, and that colleagues have good support (and a good deal of laughter in between:))

• Enjoy being in an innovative company where new ideas are welcomed and often implemented very quickly.

How a typical Wednesday looks like with us

10:00 AM. First patient conversation. You enjoy sleeping in, so you prefer to book the first patient a little later. A person seeking help for stress and anxiety.

11:00 AM. Couples therapy, discussing communication and other useful tools.

12:00 PM. Gym session, you appreciate a long lunch and take the opportunity to fit in some exercise.

1:00 PM. Lunch with colleagues. In your clinic, you have introduced quiz lunches on Wednesdays, so there are lots of laughs and tricky questions.

2:00 PM. Support for a manager who wants help with conflict management.

3:00 PM. Supporting parents with questions regarding ADHD.

4:30 PM. Relationship support, you help a patient who is ruminating with guidance and strategies.
