The Social Administration is divided into two departments; Support and Care, which is responsible for providing good care for the elderly and people with disabilities; and Individual and Family Care, which works in the areas of addiction treatment, child and youth care, economics, and family law. Everyone living and staying in the municipality is guaranteed social and economic security and a reasonable standard of living.

Your Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant at the Klippan, Rosen, and Ängsgården care and nursing home, you will be offered educational and meaningful tasks. You will be part of a team where care staff, nurses, and rehabilitation personnel work closely together, using a person-centered approach. The work involves performing usual care tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and other delegated health care services, activities, social interaction, etc.

You will be offered an introductory package with digital training and also have the opportunity for professional development in your work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant; experience in similar work is an advantage. In your work, you will meet people in need of support and care, where your commitment is important and makes a difference.

Employment

You need to have a nursing assistant education. The working language is Swedish, so the job requires that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the Finnish language is an advantage, as many of our residents speak Finnish. You must be at least 18 years old.
