About the Assignment

We are now looking for an experienced CNC technician for an exciting assignment at an established industrial company in Småland. The company specializes in precision machining and metal components for demanding industrial applications and is in an expansion phase focusing on quality, technology, and development.

About the Position

In this role, after an introductory period, you will work independently with CNC machines, primarily milling and multi-operation machines. You will program the machines and manage the entire production flow – from programming and setup to finished parts – where you will also be responsible for the quality of the components you manufacture.

You will serve as an important resource for colleagues and contribute your experience and expertise in programming, machine setup, and rigging. The work mainly involves black materials and stainless steel, and production consists of small series and custom manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Program machines according to drawings and needs
• Setup and adjustment of machines
• Ensure quality of manufactured parts
• Support colleagues with programming and machine setups as needed
