Your Mission

Olsbergs develops, designs, and manufactures electro-hydraulic control systems for mobile machine applications and is a world leader in control systems for truck cranes and forestry cranes. The control systems are characterized by good regulation and coordination properties, which are highly appreciated by crane operators, with more than 20,000 systems installed worldwide. Behind the high performance of the control systems lies more than 40 years of uninterrupted development work and around 30 patented innovations. The manufacturing of all products takes place in our own factories in Eksjö and Vallentuna, ensuring complete control over the entire production chain from the smallest detail to finished systems.

Job Responsibilities

We are continuing to expand and are now looking for an assembler with an interest in technology and mechanics.

As an assembler at Olsbergs, you will work with partial and final assembly as well as testing and quality control of our hydraulic products. The tasks are varied, allowing you to work on multiple aspects of product completion.

You will be part of a team of about 15 people with a strong sense of cohesion and community, working on similar tasks.

Qualifications

We do not require any previous experience in hydraulic assembly – you will gain that with us! We will provide internal training as needed and give you a good product knowledge for relevant tasks. Our products are used in tough environments worldwide, where the demands for functionality and safety are very high. Therefore, we place high demands on commitment and precision.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Completed high school education
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Industrial production
• Detail assembly

Personal qualities:

• You have good collaboration skills
• You are curious and eager to learn new things
• You are structured and meticulous.
