This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at our client in Bankeryd.

Location: Bankeryd Start: Immediately Employment type: Full-time, temporary 6 months with the possibility of extension Working hours: 2-shift

About the job as a machine operator

In the role of operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting production machines. The work also involves checking the flow of materials in the machines, following the entire production flow from preparation to finished product. You will be responsible for the daily operations in the department, ensuring that the machines reach their full capacity and minimizing production downtime. In this position, you will constantly document your work processes and continuously work on ongoing improvements.

Requirements for the position

  • Good computer skills
  • Driver's license and access to a car
  • Forklift license A1 and A2
  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a machine operator.
