As an Airport Officer in security control, you play a crucial role in ensuring our travelers have a positive experience during their time at the airport. Luleå Airport plays a significant role for the northern region, and the number of travelers has increased in recent years and is expected to continue to rise. We offer a job in an environment characterized by change and development, where you can contribute with your skills and experience.

What does the role entail?You will work in the airport's security control, checking passengers and their luggage before departure. The position also involves some duties as a cleaner, which means you will clean the public areas within the terminal building. Since we work integrated at the airport, we also support other functional areas as needed. You will be trained for all the tasks you will perform at the airport, both theoretically and practically. The training takes place during week 15and you will receive compensation during this period.

Who are you?We see that you have...

• Swedish citizenship
• high school education
• good knowledge of Swedish and English
• full vision, hearing, and color vision (after any aids and corrections)

It is an advantage if you have one or more years of work experience, preferably from the service sector or security work.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive when the work pace is high. You take initiative and have a good ability to solve problems. Since we always work in teams and with customers, it is essential that you are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills.

Since our airport is open almost all hours of the day, you need to be able to commute to and from work at irregular hours, essentially around the clock.
