You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by being trained in eco-driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a permanent employment with a workload of 60-75% starting immediately. Your working hours will be scheduled in the evenings from 16:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday. We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will be based at Cementvägen 8, 973 45, Luleå.

What You Will Do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private, or business customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job is done alone, but teamwork is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words, as well as order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to rely on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are seated during the journey, but you need to be able to exert yourself during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned situations require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Driver's license B and experience driving a car
• Swedish spoken and written
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
