"DOX Bistrot and Coctaileria" is the latest restaurant addition in Alingsås. "DOX" is an international French/Italian rooftop bistro located near the train station at the top of the building with a view over the city. We have been open for two years and hope you will be a part of this exciting journey!

The restaurant, bar, and kitchen together create a vibrant place where the overall experience is professional and genuine, where we constantly strive to exceed guests' expectations and drive our concept forward towards new goals.

Your personality will be crucial; for us, it is the people who make the difference! The DOX restaurant belongs to a local developer/property owner who develops properties for new exciting restaurant concepts. We care deeply for our ingredients, our climate, our guests, and our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to the menu.
• Create and experiment with new dishes.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of food.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a cook, preferably in French or Italian cuisine.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Creativity and passion for cooking.
• Flexibility with working hours.
