Hudiksvall Din hälsocentral is staffed by approximately 80 employees and is the largest public health center in Hudiksvall municipality. We provide primary care with medical consultations, district nurse consultations, specialist clinics, child health care, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We have just started working in cross-professional teams, which means a structured collaboration between different professions and competencies to provide patient-centered, safe, and effective care. Through an open climate, clear goals, and mutual respect, the team can improve communication and coordination around the patient, leading to increased patient safety, improved outcomes, and higher quality in care. In the role of physiotherapist, you will work closely with our occupational therapists in the unit, but collaboration also occurs with doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants working in primary care. Cooperation with other professionals within our area of operation, such as speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers, is also common. You will be part of a team with four physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants. We are part of the service Min vård Gävleborg, which provides opportunities for digital healthcare visits. The service facilitates communication with our patients and is an important piece in creating more accessible and equitable care.

In the role of physiotherapist, you must:

• be a licensed physiotherapist.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in inpatient/specialist care and in primary care as well as home rehabilitation. Having a valid B driver's license is also advantageous.
