Sätra Your Health Center

Sätra Your Health Center currently has about 30 employees and provides primary care in a multicultural area. We have a medical clinic, district nurse clinic, child health care at the family center, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, home visits, as well as specialist clinics for diabetes, hypertension, and leg ulcers. Our staff is highly engaged and participates in the development of the organization in all its aspects. We value good collaboration between all professional categories and a positive atmosphere where a strong sense of community permeates the workplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you will work closely with all professions at the health center. Your competence is a vital prerequisite for our shared mission to support, treat, and guide people towards a healthier life.

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you will work with:

• telephone counseling
• both planned and acute outpatient work
• preventive health care
• conducting home visits and care planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who collaborates easily with others while being able to organize and take significant personal responsibility for their tasks. You have our patients' best interests at heart and are skilled at communicating with your surroundings, both patients and colleagues. You adapt easily to changing situations and recognize the importance of contributing to a good cohesion in the workplace. We place great emphasis on personality and a willingness to collaborate.

In the role of nurse/district nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse with at least four years of experience in the profession
• have the authorization to work within Swedish healthcare
• hold a valid driver's license (B).

For this position, it is advantageous if you are a trained district nurse, have completed diabetes training, or asthma/COPD training. Previous experience in primary care and/or work in an asthma/COPD clinic is also advantageous.
