We are now looking for our next Shift Supervisor. A role with varied content where you will have personnel responsibility for a group of 11 shift operators. You will lead and distribute the shift team's execution of Integrated Supply Chain processes and support quality work at our site in Bohus. You should enjoy developing and working with personnel and group dynamics, and like improvement and change work.

In your future role as Shift Supervisor, you will

• Have personnel responsibility for shift process operators in four production units
• Drive work with health, safety, and environment
• Have operational responsibility for the four different production units
• Lead and distribute the shift team's execution of production processes
• Support the work with the operation of facilities on site
• Support quality work
• Collaborate with production management belonging to each factory

We believe you have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of experience in the process industry
• High safety awareness and good knowledge of HSE
• Experience in personnel responsibility
• Experience in process, technology, and chemistry
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Driving license B

It’s a plus if you have

• Good leadership skills
• Experience working with various software programs
