As a healthcare assistant/sterilization technician, you are a crucial link in the work to prevent the spread of infections and to prevent healthcare-associated infections. Your role is essential for achieving a good hygienic standard and increased patient safety in accordance with our goals. We are a service unit tasked with sterilizing instruments and medical devices for hospitals, primary care, and dental care. Currently, we have eight employees, and you will be welcomed into a close-knit team with a pleasant working environment and a family-like atmosphere.

You will handle and ensure the quality of instruments throughout the entire workflow. Cleaning, disinfection, inspection, and maintenance of instruments, as well as sterilization and inventory management, are part of the daily work. As an employee with us, you are also responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with established goals and that they develop in line with science, regulations, and the demands of the environment.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained sterilization technician or a trained healthcare assistant. If you are a sterilization technician and/or have previous work experience in sterilization operations, we consider this an advantage. We are looking for someone who is meticulous in their work and has a sense of service with a focus on customer and patient safety. As a person, you are confident and secure in your profession and positive in your interactions with colleagues as well as other partners. We place great importance on personal suitability.
