Do you want to work in a team where community, quality, and commitment are in focus? Then you are warmly welcome to Attendos HSL organization, Close Care, where we are passionate about creating safe and meaningful care for our patients.
We are now looking for a physiotherapist for our mobile rehab team!
Job Description
As a physiotherapist with us, you will be part of an engaged and positive team with close daily collaboration with an occupational therapist at the facility in Ronneby. If necessary, you will also collaborate with a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist in Växjö, where there are three nursing homes. Together, you work for high patient safety and to create that little extra in the daily lives of the elderly in our facilities.
The position is primarily located in Ronneby, but interventions in Växjö may occur if needed. Travel between the operations is included in the position and takes place during working hours.
You have overall responsibility for the patients' rehabilitation and work with assessments, planning and implementation of measures, documentation, and prescription of medical technical products based on individual needs.
An important part of the assignment is to guide and educate care staff to ensure safe and quality care. In addition to the close collaboration with the occupational therapist and physiotherapist, you work in a cross-professional team together with nurses, care staff, and the operations manager.
The position is part of Close Care's larger rehab network, which gives you access to active collegial support in both Skåne and the rest of the country, focusing on quality, knowledge exchange, and continuous development. Every year we gather for a joint kick-off with inspiring lectures, community, and festivities.
In our mobile team, continuous development work is ongoing, and we are looking for someone who finds it stimulating to try new working methods and contribute to improvements. You will be supported by a group manager with a background as a licensed physiotherapist and MAR, as well as an engaged team of colleagues with broad expertise in Ronneby, Växjö, and Skåne.
About You
You are a licensed physiotherapist with a genuine commitment to elderly care and an interest in teamwork. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and independent, and you meet others with humility and professionalism.
With a flexible attitude and a pedagogical and communicative approach, you enjoy guiding, inspiring, and creating security in your interactions with both patients and colleagues.
