We are looking for a nursing assistant for Ringelsta night/Night Patrol. The position involves some collaboration and co-planning with staff from Länsmansgården Night. We are looking for passionate and dedicated care heroes.

Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring that our elderly residents have a safe, dignified, and caring existence at night. Through your commitment and presence, you create the conditions for a good life with care and respect.

• You will meet the individual care needs of residents based on approved decisions.
• Document in the operational system Pulsen Combine and follow individual implementation plans, as well as carry out health and medical care interventions by delegation from HSL.
• Collaboration is key! You work closely with other night staff and HSL staff to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications: Education in healthcare or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
